Swelling reduced
15 people found this helpful
I found the magnesium extremely beneficial! I began taking three a day for two months. I previously experienced chest compressions and irritability, but all that has disappeared. More importantly, I encouraged my mother, who suffered from severe swelling in her feet due to heart issues, to try this complex. She had been prescribed Detroleks, which did not help. After a month of magnesium with B6, her swelling was gone, and she was thrilled! I've ordered more as it’s truly effective!

This magnesium is superb! I purchased some for myself and my mother, who had a broken leg. After just a week and a half, the swelling from her veins decreased significantly, which was a surprise. She was worried that her plaster would press on the swollen veins, but thanks to this product, her legs returned to normal. It’s astonishing!

My energy was depleted, suffering from joint pain and muscle cramps. Since taking these, I've felt much better; my energy has returned and the swelling in my legs has diminished.
Swollen lymph nodes, also known as lymphadenopathy, occur when the lymph nodes—small, bean-shaped glands that are part of the body's immune system—become enlarged due to infection, inflammation, or disease. These nodes play a crucial role in filtering harmful substances and fighting off infections, and when they detect a problem, they can swell as immune cells accumulate to combat the issue. Common causes of swollen lymph nodes include viral infections like the common cold or flu, bacterial infections, and even conditions like autoimmune diseases and certain cancers.
Symptoms of swollen lymph nodes can vary but may include visible swelling or tenderness in areas such as the neck, armpits, or groin. While often benign, swollen lymph nodes may indicate a more serious condition, particularly if they persist beyond a couple of weeks, or if they are accompanied by other concerning symptoms like fever, night sweats, or unexplained weight loss. It is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment if swollen lymph nodes are persistent or concerning.
Magnesium is a chemical element with the symbol Mg and atomic number 12. It is a lightweight, silvery-white metal that is a member of the alkaline earth metals group. Often classified as one of the most abundant elements in the Earth's crust, magnesium plays a crucial role in various biological functions and is essential for living organisms. In nature, magnesium can be found in large quantities, primarily in minerals such as dolomite and magnesite, and it is also present in seawater.
In terms of health benefits, magnesium is vital for numerous metabolic processes, including energy production, DNA synthesis, and muscle function. It contributes to bone health, helps regulate blood pressure, and supports bone formation by promoting the effects of vitamin D. The recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for magnesium varies by age and gender, but it is generally important to include magnesium-rich foods like leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and whole grains in your diet to ensure adequate intake. For those who may not receive enough magnesium through their diet alone, supplements are also available; however, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplementation.

Not suitable
Unfortunately, magnesium oxide with vitamin B6 did not agree with me, resulting in swelling, especially under my eyes, and exacerbating my stomach issues. Even after reducing the dose, the reaction persisted. Once I ceased taking it, the swelling disappeared, but on the plus side, I began falling asleep faster!
